For Haru we decided to choose very bright yet light colored tones. Just as the sushi themselves. We like that the majority of the customers are young people and we tried to emphasise on that, making the content modern and fun.

Copywriting was hard in the beginning - we wanted to have very friendly and informal tone of voice, as it would be some person speaking to you, not the brand that has no real face.

We communicate with the audience a lot and we love so much when we see Haru guests tagging the restaurant on their pictures and sharing them with us, and we love to share them as well!
